Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice is not infringing, or if you have the legal right to post such material, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include:

2. Description of Removed Material

   • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, including its location before it was removed.

3. Statement of Good Faith

5. Signature

Upon receiving a counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
